§ 2 Scope of Services of the App (1) Grovy is a gamified productivity tool that helps users organize and achieve tasks, goals, or habits in a playful way. (2) The app is provided in its current version in the Apple App Store. There is no entitlement to a permanent or unchanged provision of certain functions.
§ 3 In-App Purchases (1) The app can generally be downloaded for free. Certain additional functions or content can be unlocked as paid in-app purchases (one-time purchases). There are no ongoing subscriptions. (2) The entire processing of in-app purchases (payment, billing, provision) takes place exclusively via Apple's platform (Apple App Store) and is subject to Apple's applicable General Terms and Conditions.
§ 4 Copyrights, Licenses, and Third-Party Assets (Credits) (1) The content, graphics, and programming codes of the Grovy app created by the provider themselves are protected by copyright. (2) Copyright-protected third-party assets are used in the app under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. The license terms can be viewed at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Attribution and any changes made are as follows:
§ 5 Local Data Storage and Disclaimer (1) Important note on data backup: All data, progress, and achievements entered by you in the app are stored exclusively locally on your device. The provider has no access to this data and does not back it up on external servers. (2) Backing up the data (e.g., via an iCloud backup or manual data export) is entirely your own responsibility. (3) The provider assumes no liability for the loss of data (e.g., due to a device defect, loss of the smartphone, or by deleting/uninstalling the app). (4) The app is provided "as is". Except in cases of intent and gross negligence, the provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the app.
§ 6 Obligations of the User As a user, you agree not to misuse the app. It is prohibited to manipulate the program code of the app, to decompile it, or to attempt to unlock paid functions without authorization.
§ 7 Final Provisions (1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. (2) Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

§ 2 Leistungsumfang der App (1) Grovy ist ein gamifiziertes Produktivitäts-Tool, das Nutzern dabei hilft, Aufgaben, Ziele oder Gewohnheiten spielerisch zu organisieren und zu erreichen. (2) Die Bereitstellung der App erfolgt in der jeweils aktuellen Version im Apple App Store. Ein Anspruch auf eine dauerhafte oder unveränderte Bereitstellung bestimmter Funktionen besteht nicht.
§ 3 In-App-Käufe (1) Die App kann grundsätzlich kostenlos heruntergeladen werden. Bestimmte zusätzliche Funktionen oder Inhalte können als kostenpflichtige In-App-Käufe (Einmalkäufe) freigeschaltet werden. Es gibt keine fortlaufenden Abonnements. (2) Die gesamte Abwicklung der In-App-Käufe (Zahlung, Abrechnung, Bereitstellung) erfolgt ausschließlich über die Plattform von Apple (Apple App Store) und richtet sich nach den dort geltenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von Apple.
§ 4 Urheberrechte, Lizenzen und Drittanbieter-Assets (Credits) (1) Die durch den Anbieter selbst erstellten Inhalte, Grafiken und Programmiercodes der App Grovy sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. (2) In der App werden urheberrechtlich geschützte Assets von Drittanbietern unter der Lizenz Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) verwendet.
